Piada is a new Italian cafe specialising in traditional flatbread of the Emilia Romagna region. The flatbread (known as Piada) are made with olive oil and are filled with the likes of Buffalo mozzarella ad bresaola, then cooked on a griddle. Great for working lunches and afternoon snacks.
