ABOUT US

The team behind PIADA are Kate Stewart and
renowned chef Renato Sommella, who have worked
together on numerous restaurant projects in Italy and
the United States. By keeping things simple, the food
takes centre stage, with each piada cooked to order
in minutes on the cuocipiade (specially designed
griddles), before the customers' eyes, with typically
Italian flair and sense of theatre.

Piada is the perfect place to enjoy an espresso or
cappuccino, served as they are in Italy, with pastries
and cakes baked on site every day.
